However, former Arsenal winger Jermaine Pennant believes the team's reliance on Bukayo Saka's goals is a concern. Pennant emphasized the need for a consistent goalscorer, citing the success of other top teams with prolific strikers, according to MIRROR.
Arsenal are reportedly in talks with Sporting striker Viktor Gyokeres, who has impressed with 27 goals in 25 games this season. According to Football Transfers, Arteta is keen to sign a new goalscorer, and Gyokeres is on the radar. Sporting have set an asking price of around €65million (£54m) for the 26-year-old.
Meanwhile, Spanish outlet Fichajes claims that Arsenal have agreed to sign Alberto Moleiro from Las Palmas for €60m (£50m). The report suggests that Arteta views Moleiro as a similar type of midfielder to Martin Odegaard. An official announcement about Moleiro's future could be made in the coming months.
